This software is essential in tracking sexual assault kits throughout Wisconsin, providing survivors with valuable information about their kits' location and empowering them through transparency. The video was crafted to appeal to a wide audience, including legislators, law enforcement officers, forensic nurses, and crime lab staff, illustrating the role each party plays in the process. ICASS Service Center (ISC), an interagency-funded office within the State Department, operates these services abroad, providing policy guidance, consultations, training materials, and technical advice. We're developing these courses using Vyond to create animated videos, enhancing the user experience and engagement for State Department personnel. The project remains in progress, but the courses developed to date have been well received.
